Stryker Hip Replacement Lawsuits

Stryker hip replacement lawsuits allege that Stryker Corporation knew about problems with their hip replacements before they were recalled. Patients that suffered from pain, impaired movement, revision surgery or other negative side effects from a defective Stryker hip replacement may be entitled to compensation.

Stryker Corporation recalled their Rejuvenate and ABG II hip replacement systems in July 2012, stating that fretting and corrosion of the hip replacement can cause damage to surrounding tissue.

Severe injuries such as fractures, hip implant dislocation and metal poisoning have been linked to the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II hip replacements.

If you or a loved one received a Stryker Rejuvenate or Stryker ABG II hip replacement system and suffered from problems with the device, you may be eligible to file a lawsuit.
