    An appellant brief filed in the case of Donna Scroggin, who filed a hormone replacement therapy lawsuit against Wyeth and several other HRT drug manufacturers alleging that she developed breast cancer after using products manufactured by the defendants. Scroggin's HRT lawsuit also alleges that Wyeth and the other defendants failed to properly warn about the link between breast cancer and hormone replacement therapy drugs such as Premarin and Prempro.
