Kristin Giaquinta Schoen

Kristin Giaquinta Schoen grew up in Delaware and earned a nursing degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999. For the next four years, she was a staff and traveling nurse in level III neonatal intensive care units.

Kristin enrolled at Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003 and received her J.D. in May 2006. She graduated with honors, concentrating on health law. Prior to that, she held two internships and three clerkships in Dallas and in Cleveland.

In June 2006, Ms. Giaquinta Schoen joined Hissey Kientz, LLP and four months later became an associate attorney with a focus on health law. She is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
